Register for 9D Training
What
The Nine Domains Facilitator Training is the required Training for all individuals who wish to work with The Nine Domains Approachsm to administer and interpret the TOLAT (the core 9D survey) to organizations and groups. It is also a prerequisite for future 9D Trainings.
At the 9D Facilitator Training, you will receive extensive instruction for understanding:
- The 5 Levels of team functioning
- The 9 Domains as necessary elements of any group
- The TOLATsm (Team and Organizational Level Assessment Tool)
- Team development Interventions and Practices (I&Ps) that are Level- and Domain-specific
Being a trained 9D Facilitator is the only way that the TOLAT and 9D materials may be used in organizations. 9D Facilitators will also have access to new, original materials that will help them further develop their own organizational offerings. The 9D Facilitator's Training is offered a few times each year. Upcoming dates include:

Where
The Nine Domains Facilitator’s Training will be held at The Enneagram Institute Training Facility (The Barn). For travel information about getting to the Barn, as well as information about near-by hotels and B&Bs, see Travel and Housing.
Capacity at The Barn is limited to 60 and qualified applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. For specifics, see About 9D Training.
Cost
The program cost for this Training is $2,400, including materials and lunch and dinner.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your space in the Training.
Registrants need to reserve their own overnight accommodations. See Travel and Housing document for more information.

If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please contact The Enneagram Institute first. All foreign checks and money orders must be drawn in U.S. Dollars. An additional $25.00 fee will be charged for processing checks from foreign countries.
Because of space limitations at The Barn, the Training is limited to 60 participants.
Agreements
Before you can attend the Training, it is recommended that you read The Philosophy of 9D Agreements for an overall perspective of our policies. You will be required to sign three documents: Materials Use, Facilitator in Good Standing, Financial Agreements, and complete a Facilitator Training Information Form. These documents specify which of the Nine Domains Program materials may be shared, what is expected of you as a Facilitator, and what your financial obligations will be when you administer this Program, as well as give the Nine Domains Group basic information about yourself.
These documents are pdf forms which you can download yourself. The Materials Use, Facilitator in Good Standing, and Financial Agreements documents must be read, signed, and returned to The Enneagram Institute office prior to attending the Training.
